Latest news June 16, 2006 Evening Shift! Picture: Swedish staff in Swedish colours. 20.45 Well, this was another very interesting day, with pilots dropping a few places and some climbing up the "stairs". One day to go and to make the best out of it! A lot can still happen and only after the last day the game is over and the prizes given. Very exciting!
I am sure you had a good look at the scores and made your own analyses. We did too. The number 1-2-3 spot are ready and poles for the 3 flags have been put on their spot.
The party will be a good one with over 400 tickets sold. But first we go for one more day of flying!
Welcome to Agnes and Alfred Spindelberger, who have arrived and as you have a problem ,or if you want to know something, they are here for Cobra trailers. Just to let you know!
More news www.soaring.eu will start soon. It is a web site on which I am going to write and with some friends we really hope to make it a good one and a readable one. I will write from places were competitions are happening or I receive news from pilots from all over the world who have something interesting to say. Hopefully it will grow out to something special. This weekend the first story should be there! For all who loved reading the stories, you don't have to stop reading on Sunday, you can continue if you wish on www.soaring.eu
Not much more to say ;you are up to date again and the climax of this competition is happening here tomorrow. Stay tuned for the very last day , of the very last FAI Multi Class World Championships 2006 in Eskilstuna Sweden. In a way a pity that it will be split up, but such is life. We will still meet as our gliding world is rather small and we can compete with and against each other when ever and where ever!
Sleep well! Ritz>
